Jaguars Victorious

Rob Sventeckis' Jaguars won the Junior Eagles Mini on Saturday with a come-from-behind three set victory in the final. Along the way, the Jaguars defeated the Junior Eagles Elite, Limestone 13-1s, the Zoo Monkeys and Limestone 14-1s in the championship, after losing game one. Congratulations to the Jags for getting their season off to a great start.

Also at IVA, Limestone 15-1s won IVA's Challenge event going a perfect 5-0. Finishing directly behind them were two IVA squads, Doug Martin's 15 Panthers and Jill Bakle's 16 Phoenix, tying at 2-2 on the tournament and finishing ahead of Circle City Power and Limestone 15-2.

Over in Plainfield on Sunday, Steve Ward's 16s made it to Gold before bowing out in the semis. Randy Litchfield's 15 Venom went 3-2 on the day in the combined 15/16 Open field and won the Silver bracket, defeating Circle City 15-1s in the Final.
